Investor Warmia Investment Sp. z o.o. , General Contractor Inopa S.A. a development company dealing in the construction of office, service, hotel and warehouse facilities. The company uses the integrated business model, which consists of various stages of the investment process: from obtaining financing to renting space.

Solution

The entire complex have about 30. 000 sqm it performs the following functions: office, hotel, sales-service and residential. The scope carried out by Euroklimat according to the received detailed designs includes the execution of: sanitary sewage system, rainwater sewage system, utility water, central heating, process heat and cooling, fire hydrant installation and air conditioning installation. The facilities are equipped with aeration and smoke exhaust ventilation and comfort ventilation.
