Challenge
In December 2024, Elevion Energy Solutions signed a contract to take over the energy supply for one of Germany's largest shopping centers – the Mall of Berlin. Starting in January 2025, Elevion Energy Solutions will take over the cooling and heating supply for the entire shopping mall. In addition to the shopping mall, the entire building also includes a residential area and a hotel. Heating and cooling are supplied from four technical centers.
Solution
Provision of modern energy solutions in a complex urban environment and for a total area of approximately 210,000 m2. Elevion Energy Solutions attaches great importance to a technically robust and economically viable energy supply concept.
