Challenge

The project involves a large-scale commercial complex consisting of both existing and new buildings. The main challenge was to develop an optimal, holistic heating concept that takes into account the varying requirements of the individual buildings and effectively combines different supply solutions.

Solution

A modern heat pump concept was developed that combines air-to-water and water-to-water heat pumps. The individual buildings in the industrial park are connected to one another via a shared loop system and integrated into the supply concept.
