Strategic expansion of the management of the Elevion Group

On February 15, 2021, Andreas Scherhans was appointed to the Management Board of Elevion GmbH as CAO (Chief Administration Officer), thus strengthening the existing dual leadership of Oliver Rennig (CEO) and Roland Fischer (COO).

Andreas Scherhans takes over responsibility for the further development of the Elevion Group's Shared Service Center (SSC). He thus primarily manages the central services of Elevion GmbH. In addition to the expansion and further development of the SSC, his main focus is on providing administrative support to the management.

Bundling the central services of Elevion GmbH in a shared service center makes it possible to expand and further develop the wide-ranging services provided to all national and international subsidiaries and sister companies. "Our goal is to provide our companies with the central services of Elevion GmbH effectively and efficiently in the highest quality so that they can focus even more specifically on their core competencies as well as the needs of their customers," explains Oliver Rennig, Managing Director of Elevion GmbH. "With the expansion of the management team and the Shared Service Center, we are not only taking the growth of the last few years into account, rather we are thus also very well positioned for future developments."

The distribution of management responsibility on three shoulders is intended to further structure the existing administrative tasks in the management of the internationally active group of companies and place them on a broader basis. As a graduate industrial engineer, Andreas Scherhans not only has the necessary technical understanding, but can also look back on 15 years of experience in several management positions with medium-sized groups of companies in the real estate, plant engineering and energy sectors. Prior to this, Andreas Scherhans was able to gain extensive experience in various international positions at a large company for more than 10 years.
